Working together to make a difference -Strengthening the Code in Canada

The BCC website now has a user friendly checklist of steps you and your family, friends and colleagues can take to improve the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of the Code in Canada.

The time to take action is now  -  the Food and Drug Act does not often open and only when it is open can changes be made.

Please follow this link:

You can find the action list and information (downloads) on the main roll up and also on the left hand side of the website under the WHO Code tab.

These are rare opportunities for us to advocate for more consideration of the Code in Canada.   It is nearing the holiday season and I am thinking about this as a wonderful gift we can give perinatal families throughout our province and country

Please consider completing the BCC survey (it is quick to complete) and if you have a little time,  follow the action list on the BCC website.  We can work together to make a difference!
